In general orders of in stock items are shipped within 2-5 days of payment. If we are traveling for an event, shipping may be delayed. To see if shipping may be delayed, please check our calendar.
Items that are made to order usually have a timeline listed for shipment. In general this is within 2 weeks.
We ship to the *Ship To* address on your order. Please check this address carefully. If your package is returned to us because the address is incorrect we will require you to pay to reship the package. We will not refund purchases that are returned to us if you do not want to pay for reshipping. If your package is delivered to the address as given we will not reship without the order being re-purchased.
Our default shipping method is USPS 1st Class. International customers can choose USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority. Some items are shipped by USPS by default due to size.
During the Winter Holiday season we increase our shipping options to include Priority and Express shipping for an additional cost.
All domestic orders come with tracking.
International orders that choose USPS 1st Class shipping do NOT include tracking. To receive tracking on International orders you must select USPS Priority. Due to the nature of International shipping we cannot take responsibility for orders that do not arrive properly if tracking is not included. While we have had overall good luck with International shipments, once an order is shipped we cannot guarantee it will arrive without tracking. If tracking is not included and an order does not arrive we cannot issue refunds or resend the order.
When we ship orders, our shipping software automatically sends an email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email includes tracking information if available.
We also add tracking information and/or international customs numbers to your order in our system. If you have created an account, you can access this information from your Account Page at any time.

Returns & Exchanges
In general we do not issue refunds or exchanges.
If you ordered an item and the wrong item was shipped, we will ask that you return the incorrect item and we will send the proper item. In most cases we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Your replacement item will be sent when we see that the incorrect item has been received by the post office.
If your order an item and it arrives broken, we will ask for photos of the breakage. At our discretion we will send a replacement or issue store credit. In most cases we will also ask you to return the broken item so we can see what caused the breakage so that we can avoid that issue in the future. If the breakage is clearly due to USPS neglect or abuse we will work with you gather the appropriate information needed for a insurance claim.
